The suspect used his car over and over as a deadly weapon. Not only on the officers, but he presented as a continual deadly threat to anyone else unlucky enough to be traveling on those roads late at night. He earned the outcome he recieved. He worked very hard to get himself killed. It was lucky no one else was.

A two thousand pound car, that can move at a top speed of 100+ MPH is a deadly weapon, when a suspect uses his vehicle as a battering ram that is a threat to not only the Law Enforcement Personnel but also the public. Looks like the Police Officers handled this really well. If a Police Officer is on the hood of my car I would come to a stop not keep trying to drive off while he's pointing a gun at me.

@antipathy17 Ohhh, I see. Aroung the 3:50 mark it appears that the vehicle is sitting still, after the officer rammed him, is that what you are talking about? Yeah. The officer/suspect made contact. The officer exited his vehicle to go hands on. Since the hood of the car was right next to his driver's door, he had no option but to go to the hood when the vehicle started moving. Driving like an idiot, and putting people in danger is no different than waving a loaded gun in public.

@antipathy17 ??? Where do you see the car was at a standstill when the office "jumped" on it? This guy was willing to harm people, kill people, families by acting like an idiot. No police officer wants that inherent risk of jumping on an apparently dangerous suspect's car. "The suspect panicked..."? He already made it apparent that he was going to do ANYTHING to get away.... including harming them. These bleeding heart statements are what allows people to act this way in today's society.
