She explains how Selecta has pulled their eco-friendly toys from the US market. And toys are not the only items that could run scarce. That sweet handmade dress for your little princess or 100% organic cotton onesie for your bouncing baby boy may be on the "extinct" handmade list as well due to stringent testing that will go into force per the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act on February 10, 2009. AND HANDMADE BABY BOOTIES if not TESTED will be ILLEGAL!

Actually, it was the natural toy industry that vocalized the need for protective legislation for our children after the lead-laden toy nightmare of 2006- 2007. The legislation was crafted and written and passed and lo and behold, it is the natural toy industry who will end up paying for the misdeeds of the big importers. Many will have to close their businesses due to the high cost of testing. The big boys will absorb it and once again, the little guys will pay.

WAKE UP people. This is about control. How much crap are you going to take; what will your children and grandchild have to put up with. Many people have to buy from thrift stores to get by, now they will try to end that as a source of saving. Food co-ops are experiencing harrasment by swat teams (Ohio). Home schoolers are under attack (Calif.). This is incrimental STATISM; stripping away your freedoms by design. Time to network and stand-up for your rights.

tax, We have a group of people, Congress, who want to dictate to us how we will live, what we will make, what we can buy, etc, etc, etc. I want everyone to remember, these people work for us. If they keep writting these stupid laws, we can assist them into a new line of work,,,Unemployment!
