@Sup24won Yes it is. But it's takes place the year before A Very Potter Musical, so it is a little confusing. Lucius Malfoy wants to change the past and avoid the death of Lord Voldemort. Therefore he has to go to the past with a timeturner. And that's where the whole play takes place then. So you can watch the shows the way you want. It both makes sense. Everything clear now? :-)

@angerock49 Thanks too. Do you know forestgleek? He/She's doing french subtitles for AVPS. Act 1 is already on his/her channel as a playlist. No doubt you know english, but as for me it's always even more interesting and more easy to watch videos in my native toung. Of course the english is okay too, for it's the original. Anyway, have fun ;-).
