Before watching this video...take a minute to think about your cooking oil.Down To Earth reported that no oil availible in India is 100% healthy. Transfats which can lead to diabetes and heart diseases were found in all of them. With no regulation and the oil industry prevaricating on techology upgradation, transfat continues unchecked in all our oils.

  • Virgin Coconut Oil contains no transfats and is the best oil to cook with because it remains stable and contains healthy medium-chain fatty acids which are very good for you and give you energy.
