  • yes, i see the funnel metaphor as a bit primitive. even my concentric circles is a 2-dimensional "map", when, in reality the "spiderweb" you weave is really 4D (3 dimensional plus it operates across 24 hour time and on all 6 inhabited continents)

  • Good stuff. The 3D funnel analogy is a good one, with the global reach of the Internet, the prospects come in at various points with different levels (where they are in the learning curve) so that they may hit your funnel at the flirt level instead of the direct traffic level because they have already progressed further than your typical prospect.

  • This was great to watch, it's good to have a clear perspective on customers and relationships for where they are and where you want them to be.

    This reminds me of a sales funnel but instead of looking at the funnel, with this it looks like your looking into the funnel from the top to the bottom.
