iRacing Ford Falcon V8 Supercar on-board lap Road America

A lap I managed to put together in a practice session. I only purchased the car the day before, and at first it seemed like I would be very far off the pace. But now I understand this beast of a car, and I love it!

Quite a few mistakes, but overall an ok lap. :)

Yeah that was a great practice! Thanks lol, I thought I was quite fast but I am over a second off lol, maybe the new wheel will magically make me faster! :D

I can't give rfactor a chance!

I tried iracing first and can't play anything else as they all don't come close to it.

Best looking out of lfs rfactor etc and is simple to use ie I load it and it works all the time.

By the time I find the right mod, community and the right setup for 3 monitors on rfactor I'm bored and can't be arsed using it!

Yes all the mods are free but way to much hassle to race online and if u don't know anyone u r screwed!

Clutch is not needed, it adds to the realism but you don't need it in iRacing ;)

would a logitech driving force GT wheel be ok for iracing?,,,,,has brake and accelerator pedals,,but no clutch,,would that be a problem?

@Racr4Lyfe The graphics are decent, the sounds are ok the Realism is the best in the sim racing world in my opinion. Also the racing day to day is great. I highly highly recommend it.

I like the Road America curcuit, pretty chalengeing in all respects tbh. so easy to go wide in that long right hander.

What equiptment would you recomend to play this properly, like wheel and pedal wise?
