I like to varnish my painting, I use the spray and I'm not getting any bubbles but this varnishing is for me much prettier and I would like to use like this but I'm confused about blower, because I understand that blower isn't regular for hair, it is something different I like to know what is it, and what kind of varnishing did you use???!!!

@HanaPainting In this case the blower is an actual hair dryer, for hair. You also use a blow torch or a barbeque lighter... just make sure you don't singe the varnish.
This varnish is called "Enviro-tex Lite".
