Don't become entranced by this kind of talk. I know ghana is overwhelmed right now. And to have a white man on your side that knows the oil business would be a dream come true. But remember ghana. Its only a dream. This is not a love affair. They are looking out for their own best interest at the expense and lose of ghanians. Don't be stupid ghana. They speak nice. this delay should not be existing. countries should have the freedom to get the technology, the training and govern anything on their on land. This is a sign that the system in oil is corrupt and have every intent to takeover if given the chance. Careful ghana
