  • @EniwaILIKE my god....you are very lucky and ......this coming from a 32 year old hip hop producer who discovered ron and the rest of the cti cartel while looking for samples.....to then realize the incredible power of the music that we were sampling....even in 1990 (even tho the recordings lost their touch)........this is proof of the beauty and overwhemling..shit ..just the overwhelming power...im sorry ....had to curse....ron will forever be the shadow on everything i know

  • Beyond fantastic! Takes me right back to those little venues where I went to see his quartet a number of times back in the mid to late 70's. This was always my favorite of his compositions, and remains so today. But live, the thing I most remember was those incredibly intimate, quiet moments as in the final minute of this clip, when you were afraid to move a muscle for fear of making a noise that would break the powerful spell the band had on the audience. The power of music! Great post!
