No peer guardian and peer block do not block your isp Internet service providers from seeing what you download the only way that you stop them from seeing what you do is to get an encrypted proxy which cost money and there are very few of them out there

@daharvey1 ......at the time I was new to the program as I said in the video. I did not pretend to know the program at that time. I now know the program and how it works. but I no longer make tuts. there are plenty of other good tuts on this program.
