Who opened it, the Queen i take it?
Dont think you can beat the London opening for a parade but then i sapose it is the UK's national government so it should be the best.
Its good to see Scotland having its own opening, maybe Northern Ireland should think about a parade to open ours? Even Wales could have a small opening.

That's not quite true. The Queen is also Queen of Scots by right of direct descent from King James VI and I. She is, of course, the Queen of England, but she is Queen of the United Kindom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland by right of descent both in Common and Statute Laws of England and Scotland.
