Murder in the Heartland (1993) part 1

I recently watched this film and loved it! I found it very interesting and also quite frightening and sad. Based on a true story about the 19-year-old teenage killer Charles Starkweather who murdered 11 people in two states.
***Warning**** This film's age rating is 18 (god knows why though cuz I've watched it and there wasn't really anything bad about it, probably rated 18 for the violence *shrugs*)

Is this TV Movie on DVD?

I know some people in Lincoln, Nebraska, my hometown, who knew both Charlie Starkweather and Caril Ann Fugate before the crimes took place. My mom even saw Charlie when her, my aunt, and grandmother toured the jail he was staying in while he was on trial in Lincoln. Saw Charlie in both cuffs and shingles.
