Session 7 of the Carr Center's Spring 2014 Transitional Justice Study Group was a presentation by Dr. Zachary D. Kaufman: titled Gacaca: "A Customary Form of Transitional Justice." At the time of this recording, Dr. Kaufman was a Lecturer at Yale University's Department of Political Science and a Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School.
This event took place on May 9, 2014, in the Carr center Conference Room at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
