This may sound like I'm being a dick but you need to get fuckin' laid. Your little "investigation" from your basement using information from the internet doesn't mean you've got 1up on the police, you physically haven't been anywhere near the evidence. As much as we like to believe that all police are incompetent they are not. I love and miss Chris Benoit like most but the fact of the matter is is that there is FAR more evidence supporting their case than yours.

the text messages wern't a cry for help, if ur dead ur not gonna be crying for help - someone killed them or atleast sent the text messages, if they've sent the text messages they might b too afraid to call the police (:S) or they were there and if they were there then they would have killed them becuz a short time after they died i doubt that ppl will think "ohhh i wonder if benoit is dying" so they go round the house - they have nothing to make them think that.

Seriously? No DNA was found? How could they have come to the conclusion that Benoit did it? I've always felt that they made a surface judgment at the crime scene. 'Well, here's a dead man with muscles. He must have done it!'

"Benoit did do it" how can you make that assumption?
and ill answer your questions. All evidence does NOT point to benoit.... for example... toxicology reports state that no alcohol was found in Chris's blood. Second, the alcohol level in Nancy's blood was not high enough to suggest that she drank 10 cans of beer and a half bottle of wine.
