If you could attach a wheel on the front of that plow, so you could set your depth.. or hold the depth, that mike make it easier to pull as well. But then again, maybe it wouldn't because that angle of pull kind of sets the depth for you...

You might add a caster wheel to it to make it easier to move to less stong persons.

@enoughraptor6 Potato's need loose soil to grow in. And when it's time to pick them, it is much easier to just break the rows down by hand and just gather them.

I could see a rototiller having a problem pulling that if its a smaller tiller especially. With that it would be pointless even trying to pull it with a tiller anyhow it wouldn't take that long to do it by hand anyways. Great idea.

as they grow, you cover up the stalks, about 4-6 inches left exposed(depending) on the stalk, SO it causes the plant to grow more potatoes.

Excellent job, but I feel that a longer beem might only increase the resistance, you'd have a narrower beem but more in contact with the earth.
