On July 30th 2008 the Pacific Sun was en route to New Zealand in fairly rough seas. You can see the palm trees moving at the beginning. Then the ship is hit by a couple of waves estimated to be 8m high. Don't be fooled that the first mess is the worst, watch this right through.

  • this is one of the reasons why will not go on a cruise.

  • @HXCchris876 yes, it happens on every single cruise

  • @GeekyGuyOz no it doesn't

  • @hilly1690 it was supposed to be an ironic comment to @HXCchris876 who thought it was a reason to never go on a cruise. Perhaps I should have put a smile after it. :o)

  • @GeekyGuyOz I have been on two cruises and this didn't happen.

  • @adelgado75 you should definitely go on more cruises. It happens on every single cruise

  • BTW it wasn't waves that made everything like, slide around and everything, captain Justin (yeah, I remember the captains name lol) turned it around because the waves were starting to get to big, But it was just the ship turning that caused this ^^

  • omg k so I was on this and my chair was sliding around and things were falling everywhere and everything broke and it was SO FUN!! lol

  • @PurpleMilkcup me too xD

  • @GeekyGuyOz hahahaha

  • and this is how you can empty a restaurant from junks and tables in 3 minutes loooool

  • LOL I can't stop laughing XD

  • Steve Jobs helping people, who'd say.

  • They could atleast have a magnetic floor or magnets on the floor and underneath the heavy furniture, dangerous, that could kill somebody travelling like that.

  • I'd say it'd be the ship rolling causing this, due too an unstable sea in an unstable ship The ship weighs 47000 tonnes, so it'd take over 23500 tonnes of force on either side too cause a roll. A large wave may weigh no more than 1000 tonnes
