  • That is a sick light! Not the best for a home light show as you'd need a seperate power service just to work your entertainment room and airconditioning... forget about it..!

  • @twilolight Thank you! I have a circuit in my house to repair and run these kinds of lights. These are only used for very large gigs and are not very mobile

  • clay paky does still make these but they cost over $7000 each. as for clay paky being very pricey.....this is true but it is high end lighting. nothing like american dj chauvet elation or any other lighting company that makes lights that dont last. so the price is definately a reflection of a product that will last for a very long time

  • Dang, that thing is HUUUUUGE

I haven't seen many Clay Paky's anywhere over time, where did you find it?

  • @LianellEsorrasilome I actually found these in a closed mega club in New York City. But there is a website that has these on sale right now for $7,000 each if you want info I will message you with the link. I will be posting more videos of these once they are programmed. Thanks for looking! :)

  • @LianellEsorrasilome They do a whole lot. the video in test mode is really garbage! once controlled in dmx mode they will move and change colors, patterns etc as desired. But it is very bright and sharp (uses a 1200 watt gas discharge stick lamp)

  • also nice effeckt isent it a scanner effeckt ?

  • @vintagelightman03 After looking around a bit i think Clay Paky actually still makes these. They still have them listed on their site, interestingly enough. Especially considering there may be cheaper alternatives (Clay paky is insanely expensive).

How much did you manage to find this one for?

  • I don't have a DMX controller yet. But yes it is 14 channel dmx and will post once I get one
