u fuckin dum ass or wat, if u were in 1 of them kind of boats, ther hull is designed for light waves, of course they will go nearlly to the top if the waves areto heavy

There is an ini file to create and fill to have a free camera option, but unfortunately, I'm not playing lately and can't remember the exact thing. You should search the official forums about 'free camera', I think you should find it.
However I heard for a moment that they'd remove it. No idea if it's still working. Anywho, have fun!
