I don't believe that Mint is a lesbian, she just idoliszes Zakuro to a level of ultimate devotion, she calls her Onee-sama, even in a really respectable way of saying older sister, so i think she just sees Zakuro as a sister, on the point of when she says, "I loved you," "I really loved you," i think she might be saying that she use to be her idol but not any more, kinda like her brother in an odd way.
