The safest place to be is in the shelter of God's wings.
The helicopter images are used as a metaphor for God's wings. A medical airlift helicopter once safely took my husband, broken and mangled from a car accident, to a trauma center hospital. He recovered from his injuries. Now, when I see a helicopter and think of their crews, I think of safety and shelter found under their wings. They are instruments of God on earth.
