lol i used some sandpapper on the head piece cuz it was hurting my hand when i was putting it in the box. also when i got it it had red on its teeth i was like wtf! and sorry! i had the hand hot glued well! and the other things idk why they fell off sorry! its better than my other one which has more things hot glued.......... the post office must of shooken it up a lot sorry again

naa its ok, besides it was when i tested the articulation that the pices fell off. also, try using crazy glue. it looks better and it wont eventually break off, unless you actally attempt to pry it off.
