Last high intensity training session with weight before Jayson "The Punisher" Perry's title fight. 5 x 3 minute rounds of specific strength circuits, barbell complexes, kb duck unders and chin ups, combo punches with sprawl, d-ball slams and bear crawls, and swings/push ups/sprints. Training at Hocevar Performance has taken our fighters performance to another level.
