Kansas does have the death penalty however, it was not made acceptable in court until 1994. All the murders that BTK was put on trial for were done in the 1970's. Therefore, he was not eligible for death row. If they could link him to a death either in 1994 or after, he could be placed on death row. As it stands though, he will never see daylight as a free man again.

gives you almost no credibility, and it sickens me that you believe that honourable soldiers are at all on the same level as sick people like dennis rader, its because of heros like that, that you enjoy the freedom to voice such stupid thoughts.
