Just curious, why would someone absolutely destroy an extremely out of shape client like that? I don't see the beenfit. The guy is obese,of course doing a workout like that is going to make him puke! Seems pretty negligent. I have followed Chaimberg for a while. I know he follows Mike Boyle quite a lot. Have to say, I think...actually I KNOW Mike Boyle would never train an obese client in this fashion. Sometimes I wonder if Chaimberg actually has a clue or if he just regurgitates what he reads.

@Danbrahams This video was intended to be entertaining and humorous. The ''Host'' only did some warm-up excercises at a rather slow pace and tends to exagerate about his fatigue and limits... thats why we love him! Chaimberg is the best at what he does and this was just a fun project.
