@olunt Nope please don;t. Rubbing alcohol has water in it. Water and oil are a disaster waiting to happen. Everclear is wonderful, but you cannot sell anything with alcohol made for drinking, per the FDA. If you want to sell perfume, using Everclear is a bad idea.

alcohol will make skin dry and develop wrinkles. also very stumulating the skin. So, advice do not use it. It can make eyes have tears and even have skin problem.

@jsparkleprincess alcohol is not a good carrier. the scent doesn't last long. oil is better. i have tried both. trust me. : )
