To make homemade flower fruit perfume, soak fresh flower petals in a high-proof alcohol, such as Everclear, allow the mixture to mature, and add new flower petals several times until the alcohol can absorb no more scent. • @olunt Nope please don;t. Rubbing alcohol has water in it. Water and oil are a disaster waiting to happen. Everclear is wonderful, but you cannot sell anything with alcohol made for drinking, per the FDA. If you want to sell perfume, using Everclear is a bad idea.
