-- BookWarm is a non-profit project, and it collects textbooks from students as donation, and lends them to other students for FREE. It also donates some of the books collected to Hong Kong, Mainland China and other regions to help underprivileged students. In addition, BookWarm facilitates all HKUST students share their textbooks with each other by building an Online Book Sharing Platform. By making knowledge relayed, BookWarm helps leaving students (graduating and exchange students) leave a legacy to promote the One-HKUST community spirit, increases the utilization rate of textbooks, saves resources and the environment, and meanwhile cultivates a sharing culture within UST.
