The shop

My shop that i have been working on for a while now. Its a 30x40x14 with two 12 bay doors. Just a little update of progress so far.

I have constructed a steel shop that measures 30 X 41 X 13. I used closed cell foam on side walls and roof deck,studed with 2X4 studs 16" O.C. and sprayed stable cellulose. The ceiling is framed and insulated with loose bale cellulose. I used OSB screwed to framing for structural integrity. I will use a fire rated wall board glued and screwed to the OSB and painted to reflect light. My project in a work in progress with a long way to go. Keep us posted on your progress. Thanks, Jerry

Howz the insulation lookin? I could really use some spray on my shops ceiling (steel roof only) but it's beyond my budget at this point in time.

I got my bags packed... when the hell can I move in??? LoL

have not had it done yet. I'm on nights till march 5, then going to another plant after that to do some work then i will call them to do it. keep those bags packed bud

BTW...You should move your Sporty a little further away from your friends putt putt though (I hear Honda's are contagious) LoL

NO disrespect meant towards your friend, just crackin yer nuts man. It was nice of you to let him park it in the same building as your ride though. (chuckle)

@Goregoon The guy has rode it one time. Now he is trying to sell it for Bout $800. Its no harley, its top speed is only 75mph. Ha ha

Man, that is awesome! Them metal buildings are a man's dream!! I built a 30x40x12 & a 30x50x12 and man, those buildings are great to have!! Looks like you're doin a great job! I'll stay tuned!!

I will do a video on the tractor a little later on. I really like it and it is nice to have around the house. Its a 20hp and just enough for what i use it for.

If i am at the house when i get it sprayed i will show him spraying it. I think i will be really happpy with it when i am done. And i sure there will be enough room in it for roll out bed.
