Eye of Typhoon for 3DO Gameplay demo

Well, here it is, one of the very rarest titles for 3DO. EYE OF TYPHOON, straight from Korea. I've edited the load times (they're normally between 5 and 20 seconds!).

Was this really released or was it just an unplayable demo disc?

Yes, it was released just in very very very limited quantity. Sadly during capture of this video, my cap card lagged hard, so pulling off special moves consistently and effectively became impossible.

By the way in case anyone is wondering this is not the sequel to Fight Fever. The characters and story are completely different.

Quasi-sequel perhaps. Some games just borrow the name or the look, but do not keep the characters. Others take the characters and name, but put in a nonsensical story. (think "Resident Evil" or "House of the Dead" when they became movies.

The 3DO looks cool. I don't see why GT CountDown marked it as the SEVENTH WORST CONSOLE OF ALL TIME!
