This has nothing to do with seat height, that obstacle is easy enough to clear with any reasonable bike geometry.
There are two major flaws that caused the crash. First is body position, stop the video in 0:28 and see how you are on the bike. Your hips are almost on the handlebars, what means that your centre of gravity is not centred. Second is too much breaking, You have to learn to control break power to never (unintentionally) blocking either wheel. Just keep on practising!

lol, o dear. Dont make it easy when people are watching and recording. lean back and jerk the handlbars up. Thats what I would try (when no ones about).
