can someone help me remember? in the original "pinoko built scene" in the manga, i remember him to be drunk , is it possible? or i'm just mixing things?

Obviously, the "building" scene of Pinoko just HAD to have lighting bolts in it.

@Huneiyue I wonder if maybe she's simply shallow, terrified. Most people in the world live in fear of growths and "hauntings", the strange and bizarre. If the woman is quite wealthy, image matters - it influences if you can keep your normal life. When someone like that finally can run from a terror, its all they can do not to look back.
