A boycott of BP would not hurt BP fatcats, but the little people (= “small” people, if not perfectly translated), the folks that work at petrol stations, the 30,000 people that BP employs in the States, pensioners that have their retirements tied to BP in the UK and US. Instead, promote drilling for oil where it is safer, say in Alaska. The environmentalists and government regulators seem to have shot themselves in the foot. We need oil for some time; let’s get wiser and be more practical!

BOYCOTT BP How can oil companies be so careless? There is plenty of on shore drilling they can do. Lots of animals who live in the gulf were once endangered and were brought back from the brink of extinction. But because of this spill, sad to say theses species may be extinct when it's all over. So much for my career choice and studying the gulf of mexico!

Wonderful video; I hope some of the BP bigshots will watch it all the way to the end, and maybe learn something?

This is a great video with wonderful music and lyrics. Hope the folks in Alaska appreciate it. It underscores how fragile our environment is and how much we take for granted.
