This is the perfect example of why our tax system needs to be overhauled. We support people who are able body individuals who are only lazy who are scamming the system. Let's stop supporting people like Duane Brooks Jr.
Write to the Ramsey County welfare office to complain about this flagrant abuse of taxpayer money. I recommend that everyone do the same. Here is their contact information:

@ticks4ticks4 He's using rent money on other things then rent. He will not graduate nor will he pay back his student loan debt. He thinks he's on vacation and will stretch this out as much as he can. When it runs out, he will then go onto welfare. He's a professional at working the system.

I know MANY people who abuse this system, and personally they. Red random drug testing for things like welfare, if you're found guilty too bad get a job.
