@TheGrandBandersnatch Hes been back for a long time now. Read a comic once in a while

The 'Cap was the symbol of the Republic. He's not dead, not really. He died in Captain America #25, but think about it: He's been dead before, and he has a tendency to never STAY dead. He beat the Nazis. He beat the Communist. He even beat (no matter what anyone or the comics say) the U.S. government when it wa sbeing flagrantly un-American. You think after all this a single bullet could beat him. Nah, not possible. He'll be back, he always is.
See you soon Steve

@lazarusrex Oh. Cool. Thanks.

@UzumakiWarrior01 Benjamin Franklin. Paraphrasing of course.
-
@lazarusrex Where'd you get that whole quote on freedom and safety.
And yes, I agree. The registration act was too tyranical, so Cap had every right to oppose it.

woooowoowowowo...hoooold....so he is real???and how the hell can someone be reborn??
-
Of course. Steve Rogers is Captain America. Or i should say was. since WW2 he's been Cpt. A but since he was "killed" his old partner Bucky now dons the mantle.
Although Cap is soon to be reborn.

that is not a problem......I mean it is.....I don't like reading....and it's kinda hard to find any good comics in my country.....and I asked a question to get an answer not to hear what my problem is and what ever eles :D.....so can you answer or not??tnx
-
a fair question...but if you don't know who Steve Rogers is then you've got some serious Comic Book problems. Wow!!!!!
Well, everything he did was extremely patriotic.
Opposing the registration act (which is basically, the Patriot act), fighting for what HE believed was right for the country.
As far as I'm concerned, Cap, both in life and death, IS the ultimate symbol of patriotism and the devotion to freedom.
Turns out Americans would rather be safe than free. So their symbol of freedom had to eat a bullet.
"a man who would trade freedom for safety, deserves neither freedom nor safety."
