Look at the cartoon network logo at the end of the video, I just realized that the powerhouse bumpers with the cartoon network logo with a dimmer, more black outline to it are from 1998-1999, they're the older ones, the ones by primal screen atlanta or what most people upload are the later ones from 2001-2003 etc. It's hard to explain.

@TheCNVault You're right, primal screen uses later bumpers of the powerhouse era. That was an old weekday afternoon bumper.
