@lobelifter It's a GM engine, which makes it a cadillac and s chevy engine lol

I'll have to say that the cadillac engine is a good motor, but it just not the same. You have to used a chevy v/8 in that car.

Cool Car!!!!! Love what you have done with it. My parents had a 52 Chevy back in the 70s when I was a kid. It was all original but me and my mom was in an accidence in it when I was in kendagarden in 73 when it was totaled. Wish I had that car now

Why would you do that? That car was vintage, They dont make classic cars like this anymore. I just hate to se this happen to a car with so much more...

@PoppopUNC It was far from vintage. I saved it from being made a front wheel drive!!! Worse for you yet; I have plans to make it a tunnel ram, 302ci, 4 speed, gasser!!! I'll leave the vintage color though... It's called Bitter Sweet.

how much power did it make ?

The converter was slipping to 5500 rpms. It's got about 270 to the ground after many revisions... It's run just over 155 mph all out and it had gotten over 26 mpg without a milage tune. With a milage tune I expect more than 30 mpg. The car should run low 13's in the 1/4 too.
