i'm sure the guy does take drugs (i believe everyone in the ifbb does) but he has also been lifting weights seriously for probably decades.
its ridiculous that you are saying drugs are the ONLY factor involved here. pro athletes of many different sports take steroids - but none look like a professional bodybuilder. why? because they train and eat differently. sedentary people also take steroids for medical reasons all the time and their muscles don't blow up at all.
