As far as I know, you can only watch it on the ABC (the Australian Broadcasting Corporation), so unless you get Australian TV reception, you're out of luck. However, if there's an upcoming guest you're particularly interested in ( abc.net.au/rage/guest/ ), I might be able to record and upload something for you.
