This is the rare Golden Samus Statue that you can get from the stone ability in Kirby Super Star.

There is one of Mario too, but the Samus one is harder to get.

As of this video posting this is almost undocumented as far as I know, enjoy it in all it's golden glory.

I've confirmed the existence of the golden Mario & Samus statues in Kirby Super Star Ultra. There is also a new one, a gold Hal Laboratory statue, it's basically a block with their logo on it.

  • Theres a link, mario, samus, and ripped guy as the special statues

  • @exploittruth Why do people keep insisting on that a Link statue exists?

Can someone show some sort of well documented proof that it exists.

  • There is also a lesser known "Link statue" from a comment I heard.

  • I'm pretty sure no such thing exists, as cool as it would be.

  • I have a video of this I uploaded today, but it was recorded with a camera instead of a capture device/emulator (whichever one you used) Before getting it, I thought you got the Samus statue by getting the Mario statue on a slope.

  • I use the snes9x emulator for my SNES games, it's very nice.

I'm pretty sure I didn't do that before I got it.

Top Comments

  • It's not a glitch. It was purposely put into the game.

  • I have seen the Samus one like 5 times but haven't yet seen the Mario one.

  • Since I first played Kirby Super Star in 1996, I've only seen the Mario statue three times, but I have never seen the Samus statue, ever.

  • This is the greatest thing about some of the old school nintendo games. They referenced each other - you could find stuff common between games that were totally different genres. Nowadays, the references are non-existent.

  • @WildDogShadow

Or it's an inevitability ... especially that you mentioned it.

  • @Kaijudomage22 I spent my childhood playing that game with a buddy. We would sit there and make all the different statues. I assure you it exists. Not many snes games are the subject of great exploration on youtube. But download an emulater off vimms lair, download kirby allstar, and sit there and make statues. Eventually you will find it.

  • The golden Samus and the golden Mario statues are pretty rare... along with the one that looks kind of like a realistic Thwomp.

  • 17 Ups, 0 Downs...

My power of prophesy says someone will thumbs this down just because there are more thumbs up.

That or they are dickfaced asswipes.

  • i got the samus statue AND the mario statue a few times but i somehow find the HAL statue the hardest to get never got it but seen it

  • @BollyBibby That's amazing. Cuz, I've only seen the Mario one once, possibly twice, and I've seen the Samus one once, but I used it to attack an enemy so it was brief.
