It is legal, as long as you don't break any laws, i.e. trespassing, public nuisance(disturbing people)....At least that's how it is in singapore.

You dun have to learn parkour like SOMEwhere.. All you have to do is. On ur way to lunch jump over that railing. After parking ur car, Take the shortcut down the walls of the carpark. Leap over the ups and downs of pavements and yeah you noe?

this is so true, i think it shud be legal because it is a way of life for certain people and is one of the better ways to keep fit, i almost got arested for this.Never bin seriously hurt though.
