This is how I see it: Perspectives had better flow, but his lines weren't all that original. And (as Woodman predicted) it was mostly nameflips; not very creative.

Woodman's flow was less fluid, but I think it was because he wasn't using obvious ideas and actually going for more original disses. And personally, originality weighs way more than flow in my book.

No crowd reaction at all, like that Toronto win %% line woodman spit, no reaction. big ups to both emcee's though, its hard to spit when no ones really feelin it. Makes the awkward silence after a punchline almost unbearable. maybe a bigger venue with a bigger capacity in Montreal would help.

Very true,Not trying to bad mouth the crowd or anything, Im just saying out of all the Montreal Division battles it seemed like there wasnt as much crowd reaction as ive seen in TO. I figure its probably because it takes the french people a second more to understand the english disses, Either way props to the MOntreal Division, I would love to come back to my hometown and rap in one of the next KOTD events there.

generally I find Perspectives rather annoying, but my respect for him increased after this battle, because although he choked, he held his ground.
