They did not willingly disband, they were infiltrated by a rogue director who disbanded them from within. They reformed almost the same day as KenZoku. But due to the mechanics of 0.0 sovereignty they lost all their claimed territory.
They were beaten by a combination of deception, betrayal and game mechanics.

Yeah i posted up that comment before i had found out what REALLY had happened to them, i know a rogue director infiltrater got up in ranks and disbanded them, its still pretty funny though. But yet sad at the same time.
