Yes - The bridge was washed away. Last pictures I have seen show some of the cars and bridge still standing. gazetteonline has pictures of it collapsing.
yeah a lot of crops are totally destroyed. We just was getting the garden on Ellis park area planted and going and now all of it is gone. I was looking forward to seeing the garden grow.
Some other news channels from other states act like a couple farms are flooded but its alot more than that, last time i watched the news 1 person has dided so far in Cedar Rapids.

This historic bridge is now under water. It was built in 1903 for the Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Railway, then an electric "interurban railway".
