I pratice in the pool hall Kenny hangs out in all the time. Been in a few tournaments with Howard. You know who Paul Harley is? He's the guy with his hand on his chin at 2:51. He's a local player also.

At 2:13, that looks like Jim Rempe shooting, though I'm not sure who his seated opponent is.  There's no caption for either of them.
