Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team True Series Ending HD

This is the actual ending to Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team for those of you who don't want to watch The Last Resort OVA. Cartoon Network and Toonami never showed this episode because it depicted kids being enlisted in the Zeon Army.

Basically, this ending is where Michel and Kiki find Shiro and Aina who have started a family (it says a lot about Aina's character that she still loves Shiro even though they technically had only met a few times and she still can get past the fact that he has one leg now)

@hypergap Who told you that? Because it's not nice to lie. Cartoon Network specifically said when asked that they would NEVER show children in war (although not to be picky, but all of the protagonists in Wing are 15 and under :P). That's also the same reason as to why there was an episode of Mobile Suit Gundam that never aired.

@Androidraptor "individualism" so hard, and the other half of the feminist activists are literally stupid, that traditional feminist values are completely being abandoned, you get this impression, all women are "money hungry" whores.

Psychologically, Aina doesn't have to look back at the events concerning her brother if she's happy with Shiro. Men tend to reminisce the past, especially past lovers, women on the other hand don't give shit about the past, if they are happy in the present.

Furthermore, I don't think Americans in general understand that family value and proper education has tremendous impact on female behavior. There aren't alot, but I know several properly raised "elitist" family girls, who would stay faithful to their husbands to the bitter end, even if that husband is wrong.

@Androidraptor To some respect I would have to agree, but your preassumption doesn't conclude every relationship. Most girls I've had relationships were money hungery bitches, but there were two girls I screwed over, I can certainly say would have been faithful till the end, if I hadn't abandoned them.

It's highly unlikely to find a girl like Aina in real life, and most girls would like to justify themselves otherwise, although in reality they are indeed bitches. But you know you've screwed..

If their relationship was in real life, yes your view would/could be (IMO) very true. But this is anime, so of course all those things you mentioned are excluded/non-existant. Fairy tales are always implicitly unrealistic; that's what makes them entertaining. An overly realistic fairy tale loses its entertainment value.

Their relationship (and this episode) are suppose to complete the "entertainment" experience on a sweet note; personally I'd just let it be so.

@OptimusGinrai Oh yes. Shiro and Aina deserve nothing less than to have their little impulsive fling implode on itself as it would if they're the least bit realistic or complex. I myself am found of the idea of Aina eventually killing herself from all the crap, and then Shiro having to live with that for the rest of his life. A true Shakespearean end indeed.

I think they mean YOUNG kids. The oldest of the kids in the last episode of was maybe 14 from the looks of it.
