These exercises are part of my 10 year old son's warm up and exercise program. Core strength is essential to speed, agility, and body control. This video contains several core strengthening exercises. Exercises include: Side Plank, Twisting Ab (with 10 lb. plate), Full Row
X Crunch, Dumbbell Ab Press, and Dumbbell Up Down.
