Lol you get alot of gold and no diamons by world i got 73 diamons and 2 gold ( ehh 30 mins caveing)

I just dig down to layer 12, dig parallel passages 3 blocks apart until I find diamonds. You will always find diamonds and get lots of cobble and other things while ur at it.
