Very cool New York City "Swiss Army" style space-saving apartment located in Gramercy. A full wall of floor-to- ceiling built-in storage; ultra modern wall bed; foldaway table; and of course....a secret office! The apartment has an incredible view, original 1930 hardwood floors, and ample closet space.

I live in a studio apartment, after seeing this video I totally wish I could build something using my old wood carving and cutting skills. I find this very interesting, and wish they had stuff like this in other places outside of NYC. Modernism is always an interesting topic, and I like the way this is done.
