Excellent video. How to eat on the go is a real challenge for a lot of people. I'm just careful with my choices or, I pack a proper lunch so I'm not stuck with unwise choices. Best of success to you with your weight loss challenge.

For me I was never a Fast Food person, so food has cost me more. I now shop at Farmers Market and more specialty stores, but definitely healthier. I agree with you I have to prepare my food ahead a time. Good luck to you!

I don't agree with you. Yes, the cost of good food can add up. However if you do a cost analysis, you might notice that people who buy junk/fast food are spending much more money and have a lot more in the shopping basket. This isn't the only thing to think about. For those interested in "bang for their buck", spending money on healthy food is far more economical, if you are interested in being the BEST YOU that you can be. Congratulations for your success! I just don't buy into your commercial.
