The swearing in of the new House of Commons begins. First to take the oath is the Speaker (John Bercow), followed by the Father of the House, the Prime Minister, and the rest of the Cabinet.

The usual wording of the oath is:
"I... swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, her heirs and successors, according to law. So help me God."

Members who object to swearing the oath are permitted to make a solemn affirmation under the terms of the Oaths Act, 1888:
"I... do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, her heirs and successors, according to law."

  • @ailingequation You again? No, I'm not talking to you. You see, I have science on my side, I have facts. But religious people have a mentallity where they cannot accept what other people say or prove. It's like hitting a brick wall in the hopes it will crumble. So I will not speak.

  • @ailingequation Your groundless, emotional accusations of racism at me are childish and make me laugh hysterically.

I said that I hate Judaism, and Islam. I actually hate all religion, end of. Especially, I hate Christianity. Christian fundamentalists are vile creatures. But you use my phrasing to your advantage, and then completely abandon all arguments in favour of screaming 'racist! racist! racist!' repeatedly.

    Grow up.

  • @ailingequation YES, you retard, because there is evidence TO PROVE IT! OBVIOUSLY not every religious person is bad- I don't have a problem with religious people, just religion- but statistics show that religious people are more likely to commit crime than athiests. Look, in the USA alone, the prison population is occuped 90% by religious people.

You can make up bullshit about me all you want, you're the one who looks like a fool without evidence to back up your claims.

  • @ailingequation Oh, and BTW, Hitler's views on the Jews was hardly a surprise. Hitler had a personality disorder, and he was also religious. Religious people hate other religions more than they hate athiesm. That's a fact.

  • @ailingequation Please fuck off, I am against everything the Nazis stand for. They are a prime example of religion pushed to the extremes. Authoritarian and traditional, discriminative and homophobic.

You're not getting what I'm trying to say. Religious immigrants are coming to Japan and because religious people are statistically more likely to commit crime than atheists, there will naturally be an increase in crime in Japan. Is that simple enough for you, dipshit?

  • @ailingequation What a piss take. Everything I have said is backed up by evidence and research. The more immigration to Japan has lead to an increase in crime. I don't hate immigrants you absoloute retard. I support immigration. Immigration doesn't increase crime in Britain because we are already a largely religious society. But religion will always decay athiest countries.

Nazi party my ass. Hitler was a catholic.

  • @ailingequation Continued: Japan has low crime. I CAN say that generally. They have low rape, low teen pregnancies, low murder rates. These are simple facts, you fool. They have seen an increase in crime over the last few years because more immigrants are coming to their country who are no doubt islamic/christain/jew.

  • @ailingequation You're a typical religious scum, saying that athiests have no morals even though we are more intelligent and more peaceful than you. Communist far left countries, as I have explained, neither support nor ban athiesm. The reason most of them are athiests probably has something to do with the fact that they live in such closed environments that they fail to believe in god. Therefore, using them as an example of athiest countries is beyond retarded.
