Yeah I feel the same........good product but need better advertisement. Not that the existing ones are bad....but i have seen better advertisements out there.

But at the end of the day, I use their gift cards not their commercials, so I am very satisfied.

Ribbon needs to come up with better commercials.....I really love their gift cards and have been using them for almost 3 years now, saves me a whole lot of time,stress and hassle......but still guys, you need to come up with better commercials.
